Steps to forBusiness implementation

From inquiry to going live, the typical process takes 2 weeks to 1 month.

Step 1: Inquiry (within 3 business days)

Please contact us via the web form or email. Our representative will get back to you.

Step 2: Hearing and demo (1 week+)

  • We will conduct a hearing on your implementation goals and desired features.
  • An online demo or trial is available as needed.

Step 3: Quotation and contract (1-2 weeks)

  • We will propose a plan tailored to your requirements and send a quotation.
  • Once approved, we will execute a contract.

Step 4: Kickoff and initial setup (3-5 business days)

  • We issue admin accounts.
  • Organization info and branding settings are configured.
  • SSO integration is set up as needed.

Step 5: Member invitations and going live

  • Invite members from the admin screen.
  • Usage training is also available on request.
