SSO (Single Sign-On) setup

forBusiness supports SAML 2.0-compliant SSO with your Identity Provider (IdP).

Supported IdPs

  • Okta
  • Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
  • Google Workspace
  • OneLogin
  • Other SAML 2.0-compliant IdPs

Setup process

  1. Open "Security" → "SSO settings" in the admin screen.
  2. Copy the mi-te.me side metadata (Entity ID, ACS URL, etc.).
  3. On the IdP side, create a SAML app and register the mi-te.me metadata.
  4. Download the IdP metadata XML and upload it to the mi-te.me side.
  5. Run a test connection.
  6. Click "Enable SSO" if everything works.

Attribute mapping

Please send the following attributes from the IdP:

  • NameID: User's email address (required)
  • firstName: First name (recommended)
  • lastName: Last name (recommended)

Enforce SSO option

After enabling SSO, you can enable "Disable login methods other than SSO" so organization members can only log in via SSO (password login is disabled).
