Password reset procedure
If you log in with an email address, you can reset your password even if you forgot it.
※ For users who only use SNS login (LINE / Google / Facebook), there is no password on the mi-te.me side. Please check the credentials at your SNS provider.
Steps
- Open the mi-te.me login screen.
- Tap the "Email address" button.
- On the sign-in screen, enter your registered email address and tap "Continue".
- On the next password input screen, tap "Forgot password?".
- You will receive a code/link for password reset at your registered email address.
- Follow the email instructions to set a new password.
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check your spam folder.
- Verify the email address was entered correctly.
- For carrier email addresses, allow emails from
@mi-te.mein your domain receiving settings. - You may have registered with a different email address; try other addresses you may have used.
Link expiration
The password reset link has an expiration time. If it expires, please start over from step 1.
To change your password while logged in
If you are already logged in and want to change your password, go to "Settings → Login management → Email address". See "Changing your registered email address" for details.
Security notes
We recommend setting a hard-to-guess password and not reusing the same password from other services.
