How to change your email address

You can change your registered email address from the Settings screen on your My Page. Password changes can also be made on the same screen.

Step 1. Open Settings

After logging in to mi-te.me, tap the "…" (More) icon at the bottom right and open "Settings".

Step 2. Tap Login management

In the Settings menu, tap "Login management".

Step 3. Tap Email address to make changes

Tap the email address row showing "Linked" to open the "Email & password change" screen.

  1. Enter the new email address.
  2. Enter your current password for verification.
  3. Tap the "Change" button.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. Tap the URL in the email to complete the change.

Notes

  • The change is not complete until you tap the URL in the confirmation email sent to the new address.
  • The confirmation email has an expiration time.
  • If you only use SNS login (LINE / Google / Facebook), please first add an email connection before changing.

If the confirmation email doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder. If you use carrier email, you may need to allow the @mi-te.me domain. See "Confirmation email not arriving" for details.

To change your password

You can change your password on the same screen. Enter "Current password", "New password", and "New password (confirmation)" and tap "Change".
