How to issue receipts and invoices
Receipts for individual customers
If you are subscribed to a paid plan, you can download a receipt (PDF) from My Page.
- Open "Settings" → "Plan management" → "Payment history" on your My Page.
- Select "Issue receipt" for the payment you need a receipt for.
- Enter the addressee and download the PDF.
Changing the addressee
You can freely set the addressee when issuing (individual name or company name).
About invoice billing (for corporate customers)
Corporate customers using mi-te.me forBusiness can pay by invoice. See the "Contracts & Billing" category for details.
Past receipts
You can view and download past receipts (up to 2 years) from My Page. For older receipts, please contact support.
