How to cancel or downgrade your plan

You can cancel or downgrade your paid plan at any time.

Cancellation steps

  1. Log in to mi-te.me.
  2. Open "Settings" → "Plan management" on your My Page.
  3. Select "Cancel plan".
  4. Enter the cancellation reason (optional) and confirm.

After cancellation

  • You can continue using paid plan features until the next renewal date.
  • After the renewal date, you will automatically switch to the free plan.
  • Profile content is preserved, but features exclusive to paid plans (e.g., custom domain) become unavailable.

Downgrade (higher plan → lower plan)

You can select a different plan from the plan change menu. Downgrades apply from the next renewal date.

About refunds

No refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations of monthly or annual plans. See the Terms of Service for details.

To delete your account

Plan cancellation and account deletion are separate procedures. See "About account suspension and deletion" for account deletion.
