How to invite organization members
In forBusiness, organization administrators can invite other members.
Invitation steps
- Log in to the admin screen (admin privileges required).
- Select "Member management" → "Invite members".
- Enter the email addresses of the members to invite (multiple addresses can be entered at once).
- Select their permission (Admin / Editor / Viewer).
- Click "Send invitations".
About the invitation email
- An invitation email is sent to each member.
- From the invitation email, they create an account and join the organization.
- The invitation is valid for 7 days. Please resend if it expires.
Bulk CSV invitations
For inviting many people at once, you can also use CSV bulk invitations. See the separate article "Bulk-inviting members via CSV".
Cancelling an invitation
You can cancel an invitation from the admin screen until the member completes registration.
About permission levels
- Admin: Full access to organization settings, member management, billing, etc.
- Editor: Edit their own profile and any profiles they have editing permission for
- Viewer: View profiles only
