How to change your payment method

You can change your payment method (such as switching credit cards) from your My Page.

Steps

  1. Log in to mi-te.me.
  2. Open "Settings" → "Plan management" → "Payment method" on your My Page.
  3. Select "Change".
  4. Enter your new credit card information and save.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express)
  • Debit cards (some may not be accepted)

After the change

  • The change takes effect immediately.
  • Future payments after the next renewal will be charged to the new card.
  • No prorated re-billing occurs for changes made within the current billing cycle.

Watch out for expired cards

If you use a card nearing its expiration date, payment may fail upon renewal. We recommend switching cards in advance.
